Great China Annual Meeting of a world-top Consultative Company

Working with a luxury travel agency based in Beijing, QueenPlan worked for the Thousand-Staff Chengdu Annual Meeting of a world-top consultative company with a total of 800 staff members and 200 family members of the staff. We chose 3 five-star hotels namely Shangri-La, Sofitel, and Kempinski. The meeting sites on the following day vary from hotel meeting room to private garden, from museum to tea houses, with a total number of over 30 different places. The post-travel programs happened two days after the meeting programs involve 12 different routes including acrobatic experience, Sichuan opera performances, cooking classes, museum visits, painting at Buddhist monasteries, hiking in Jiulonggou valley, visiting Taoist places, and exploring Buddhist ceremonies.
